Replacement Policy — Sutra Weaves

At Sutra Weaves, we are committed to providing you with high-quality ethnic wear that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward replacement policy.

Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • We offer exchange of product only.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective product or incorrect item, we will replace it with the next fastest possible courier facility.
  • You may select the same product or any other product from our store for exchange.
  • Sale Items: Items marked as 'Sale' are non-returnable.

Exchange Process

  • Products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Post this, exchange is not allowed.
  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. An unboxing video is required for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at +91 78619 54218 (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to initiate a replacement request.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  • Attach the unboxing video to our support number.
  • Our team will guide you through the shipping instructions.

How to Exchange Products

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Please send the return parcel to our warehouse address via your own courier.
  • We do not currently offer reverse pickup service.
  • If reverse pickup is arranged from our side, a shipping charge of ₹250 will apply.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item.

Exceptions

  • Certain items such as undergarments, swimwear (with hygiene seals removed), and personalized/customized products may not be eligible for exchange.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different exchange conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
